Here’s how it works:
- We have a brand strategy deep dive call. I will help you dream up exactly what you want for your brand and put your dream website into words. I will fill out our design questionnaire for you as we go.
- Our designers will deliver your first design, usually within the first week. We will review it together and I will walk you through my visions for everything that needs to be revised, if anything, and communicate everything directly to our designers.
- Once we receive the updated design, I will meticulously review it again, and communicate any further changes. And we will go back and forth until every tiny detail of your website is perfect. We offer unlimited revisions.
- Once your brand new design is finalized, it’s time to code it to your website and go live. You can either use your own developers, or our team of stellar coders, who will bring your design to life, exactly the way you envision it. Coding is an additional service with a separate fee.

*What does your coding service include?
- We can quote on the coding of your approved designs into a live functional, responsive WordPress website after the designs are approved. Our estimate quote for the coding phase is roughly the same price as the design phase, depending on the amount of pages and length of the pages etc.
- Once the designs are approved, we’ll build the site, as per the approved designs, on our staging server.
- We will build your site on WordPress using the Genesis child theme on a fresh new WordPress install.
- When we will build the pages using the Elementor page builder so that it’s easy for you to make updates yourself.
- It will be responsively coded for viewing on all mobile devices and all screen sizes.
- Our coders use best practices for coding so it will be tuned for speed.
- We will keep all of your existing blog posts and urls that you have currently on your live site, to avoid any SEO loss on those pages.
- We will review, keep or connect all external 3rd party plugins that you have currently.
- We will connect the site to your existing email marketing platform, payment gateway, etc.
- We will install Google tag manager, Google / Facebook remarketing pixels, etc.
- We will add the Yoast SEO plugin to your site along with your specified title tags and meta descriptions.
- Once the site is coded, we send you a link to the site (on our server) for you to test. The coding process usually takes around 4-6 weeks.
- Once approved we will transfer the site to your live domain.
- We then give you access to your new live site, and we give you 14 days free support to fix any bugs or minor errors we may have made.
- From that point, you have complete control and ownership over your new website.

For an average sized website that has 5-10 custom page designs, our quote is usually $6000-$9000 for the design phase. This includes spearheading the entire project for you, which almost every single other design firm out there does not include. It is usually your responsibility to give detailed direction, thorough feedback, progress tracking, checking for inconsistencies, etc. With us, that is all handled for you. And, all design projects include unlimited revisions.
We can design most pages without your copywriting, photos or videos, from the information in your design questionnaire. We will use place holders initially, then present the design to you so you know where we will need you to provide the written content.
With sales pages however, we usually need your copywriting first. We have page layouts / structure that we know works well for landing pages, depending on the offer, so we can guide you on our call if you need us to.
The total design phase for all page designs usually takes around 4 weeks from the time we have the brief until we have the entire website designed and approved, but depending on however many design revisions you request (since we offer unlimited revisions), it can take longer. The homepage design will be sent to you first, usually within the first week. Once the homepage design is finalized, we will design the rest of your pages.
Our #1 goal is to give you a website that you love, so we offer unlimited design revisions as long as the revisions are inline with the original brief. If you don’t love the design we create for you, we will revise it until you do.
